Protection for your passwords
Yoti Password Manager uses AES-256 encryption to protect your usernames and passwords.
Unlike other password managers, there’s no master password for fraudsters to get their hands on. The only way to access Yoti Password Manager is with the Yoti app on your phone.
Controlled with the app
You need the free Yoti app to use Yoti Password Manager. It’s how we ensure that you, and only you, can access and use your passwords.
The app combines your unique facial features and a government ID, like your passport or driving licence, to create a trusted digital identity.
You can use the Yoti app to connect to, unlock and lock Yoti Password Manager as and when you want to.
What if I lose my phone?
Don’t worry, all your logins will be safe if you have a recovery file. We ask you to do this as part of the process of setting up your Yoti.
When you create a recovery file, it will be stored in iCloud or Google Drive. If you lose your phone, you can use this file to recover your account and the data you had in it.
