The customer takes a selfie using the camera on their device. Do this in real time with our Face Capture SDK or send images directly to our Facial Age Estimation API.
AI analysis
Our AI analyses the image to assess the age and runs a liveness check to make sure it’s a real person, not a bot or 2D image.
Instant results
The results are returned via API, with an estimated age and a liveness score.

Facial Age Estimation is highly effective, instant, and currently estimates the age of 13-24 year olds within 2 years of accuracy – better than human judgement. We test the accuracy across gender and skin tone to make sure it works well for everybody.
